Prom Shoes Advice, Girls?
To all the girls out there who have been to prom/ going to prom this year, I have some prom shoe questions! :D 1. What are some good (UK) highstreet shops that sell nice prom shoes (or shoes that can be used for prom - prefferably on the cheaper side). 2. What do/ did your prom shoes look like? 3. What heel height do you think is acceptable? (Year 11 prom). 4. (If you have been to prom already), did alot of girls choose to wear the commonly more traditional sparkly strappy sandal prom shoes? Do you think satin open toe heels would be okay? 5. Im thinking about something like this but in black (my dress is silver). Do you think hidden platforms are kind of 'less elegent/classy'? 6. What colour shoes do you think will go with a silver dress? Okay I don't live in the UK nor have I gone to prom but I love trying to help Beauty/Style questions. It would help is you could take a picture of the dress so we know what style shoes to look for. 1) I would try Aldo, Forever 21, and New Look. 2) I haven't gone to Prom, but people over here in the US usually wear flats, stilettos, or wedges, in all different colors. 3) I think up to a four inch heel is acceptable. 4) There are many girls who wear peep toe heels so you should be okay. 5) No they are not less elegant or classy. 6) Any color shoes would go! I personally would do a red heel to make the look really pop, but I don't know your style. Since your shoes are going to be the show, maybe you should go for edgier shoes, shoes that other girls will look at and think wow she's daring, but in a good way! Shoes to go with this prom dress?
