What shoes should i wear with this?

What to wear with this dress, (Pic's included)?

I just brought this dress http://www.matalan.co.uk/fcp/product/fashion-to-buy-online/-Dresses/Irregular-Multi-Stripe-Peter-Pan-Dress/41499&resultsPerPage=100&attrList=Dept,brand I lovee it to bits :), It's not too short and not too long, Its above the knee (about halfway down between my thigh and knee) I'm just having trouble with how to wear it and what with, I have 2 pairs of shoes i could wear with it i have, these ones: http://www.newlook.com/shop/womens/shoes/lace-up-wedge_223842918 http://www.newlook.com/shop/womens/shoes/metallic-chain-moccasin_227366225 I don't Know what colour tights i could wear with this or what Cardigans i could wear and how i should wear my hair and accsessories, and how to like wear it out and dress it down etc. I don't want to look too weird, I normally do well on my clothing but this is a tough one as i have never worn this style of clothing and colours, I normally wear jeans with a colourful top or a dress with neutral colours, So a dress with a peter pan collar and all different colours is new to me, Pictures would be nice :) thank you xx

I love it all! I think you should wear it with a navy blue cardigan. Maybe you don't need any tights. If your hair is curly, then wear your hair curly! If its straight, wear your hair straight! I think those shoes would go best with just plain white keds! Since it looks like your into more vintage type clothing, try shopping at forever 21 for accessories.
