Lisa asks…
what is the front platform part of a stilleto heel called?
I know they are called platforms when they go for the entire sole, but with those newer ones, that have a separate stiletto heel and platform only under the ball of the foot - does anyone know what that section is called?
Our pick of the answers:
It's still called a platform. Here is an example of the word "platform" being used to describe it: http://www.electriqueboutique.com/womens-shoes/Black-Open-Toe-Shark-Teeth-Spikes-Platform-Sandal-/SP609/BPU/M.html
Nancy asks…
What shoes can i wear with this outfit instead of these heels?
http://www.polyvore.com/happy_4th_folks/set?id=10077782 i love the outfit (including shoes) but im not game enough to wear the big peeptoe heels yet so what shoes can i wear as an alternative? i dont mind smaller heels but they have to be just as cute. thanks!
Our pick of the answers:
I think that outfit with these would look great. Http://www.stevemadden.com/item.aspx?id=49247&path=|womens%20shoes|womens%20dress|evening| A nice pair of black leather boots (flats), going up to just below the knee would look edgy. If you want something dressy but more comfy, try a wedge. It gives you height, but some comfort too.
