Costume; Where can I find a pair of womens pleather pants online (ebay and Amazon Excluded) or in-store?

I'm looking of a pair for a Halloween costume I've been trying to make for awhile now.I've been looking either for pleather or shiny polyester/vinyl pants for a long time now unsuccessfully. The problem is this, all the pants I find in womens are the one's that look like they came straight out of the movie Grease. They are the ones that fit tightly around your ankles and are cut short. These are the ones I often seen http://www.karmaloop.com/products.aspx?P… I am looking for the ones that are more men's style, they are boot cut, flare slightly at the heels, and not nearly as tight fitting. I've seen actual men's pleather styled like I want at Hot Topic around Halloween time, however they never carry anything small enough for me as I wear a size 3-5 in juniors usually. They have a bit of a goth/rocker look on guys. Any suggests to find the style I want for a small gal like me ?? :p odd...I've gotten 2 e-mails claiming I have new answers and every time I get online to check there are no new answers.... :(

What size Toms Shoes do I order?

I tried on the Habitante Toms in three different sizes and I'm still confused. I usually wear a womens 10.5, in Chucks I wear a 10 (mens 8). I tried on the Toms in an 11 and they were too big, the 10 was loose in the heel, and the 9.5 was tight in the toe. Someone suggested that if you have narrow feet throw them in the washer and dryer to shrink them a little, but I hate washing shoes if I don't have to. Which should I get?

Shoes will eventually stretch out, but big ones will only get bigger. So I say 9.5.
