Am I the only one with really small feet?

I'm 21 and I wear a size 2.5 in little girls and rarely I can wear a 5 in womens if they're backless.It sucks because all I can really wear are flip flops.I've never been one that's into fashion and I prefer to just wear a t-shirt and jeans but every so often I'd like to be able to dress up a little and wear adult shoes. Does anyone else have this problem?Or maybe you know of some shoes that look adult but are in little girl sizes?

Oh yes, I understand completely! I'm actually looking on google right now trying to find a website that sells small sized shoes for women. I really want some heels...that FIT! I don't even know my freakin' shoe size. I have different sizes depending on what shoe it is. I do own 3 pairs of shoes that are size 2.5 US though... What I can say is try typing in something like "small sized shoes for women" on Google, or look for catalogs that sell petite shoes for women. I hope I helped. I hope someone can help me too! =(
