Where are the best places for a guy to shop for womens clothes for himself?

I mean to take into account trying to feminise a male figure. I'm 5'10, slim, athletic build and size 9/10 feet. Northwest and midlands area xxx

I'm a huge fashion addict but am 6ft so don't wear heels - I need to know what are the most fashionable flat shoes for autumn & winter? A great pair of heels can instantly make any outfit look amazing and I never seem to find any fashionable flats that can do the same & look as good...Well, other than gladiator sandals which I LOVED but summer is over now! Please help me! Thanks x also, what flats should i wear on a night out? x
