Are there any vietnamese girls who actually wear stiletto heels ?
I live in the southeastern coast in south carolina in a state where there are not a whole lot of vietnamese people. The vietnamese population here is almost so small that it can't be compared to Atlanta, Georgia or California states. I never seen any of the vietnamese girls in my town in heels. But do any vietnamese girls ever wear heels ? Do any vietnamese girls ever wear stiletto heels ?

Psychology, why do short skirts and stiletto heels make women look so much hotter?
Even without make-up, a woman in a short skirt or dress and stiletto heels is still pretty freaking hot. Why does this make them look so freaking sexy in our minds?
