Does anywhere in the UK stock Bjorkvin?

Hey!! I was in Amsterdam last year and came across an awesome range of hoodies and t-shirts made by a company called Bjorkvin, just wondered if anyone knows of anywhere either in the UK or online who ship to the UK where I can buy their stuff? Also, what color shoes should I wear? This two questions are related, I promise. Let me go back to the beginning. I'm going to a wedding on Saturday and the rehearsal dinner on Friday night. The wedding is for my step mom's friend and I think it's somewhere along black tie. The only information I got about it was that my dad is taking me and my sister to get our hair done beforehand. I'm getting a manicure on Thursday, but I can't think of a color that would go with my rehearsal dinner dress and the dress for the wedding. The dress is light teal with a goldish shimmer. I can't seem to find the dress on the website, but I'll describe it to the best of my abilities. It flares out at the waist and goes to just about above my knees. I'm not sure what it's called, because I know nothing about fashion, but the back is open with a bow across the shoulder blades. Ugh, that's a bad description, but whatever. I was going to find some gold earrings to go with it and a white shawl. I know you shouldn't wear white to a wedding, but would the white shawl be okay? Then, for the wedding, I have a red dress with black lace over it. The dress goes to my knees and has a black tie around the waist. I love this dress so much, just thought I'd throw that in. I can't find this one on the website either. I have absolutely no idea what to accessorize this with. I have a thin black sweater because it's supposed to be cold.
