when would be the best time of the year to wear these shoes?
i got these really cute jessica simpson heels : http://www.jessicasimpsoncollection.com/SHOES/Sandals/KATERINA.html when would be the best time to wear them?! like, fall, winter, etc... what would you wear them with? thanks!!!!!! i was thinking about wearing them with black skinny jeans, and some kind of top, not sure.

With a black dress, or a dress that has black and another color, basically whatever would match with them, black goes with mostly anything, i dont see those to be shoes id go grocery shopping with, they are more for a party, i would wear them any time of the year at a party, parties are usually inside so they would be fine all year

Nordstrom's rack worn shoe return policy?
I bought a pair of Jessica Simpson pumps from nordstrom's rack but it feels quite uncomfortable (like there is something wrong with the bottom of the shoe). I've worn these pumps once and you can definitely tell that I've worn them because los angeles has a lot of rocky sidewalks. I know nordstrom has a great shoe return policy if the shoe does not fit right because I purchase 90% of my shoes from that store. However, does nordstrom's rack have the same type of return policy? I still have the receipt and the sticker on the bottom of the shoes with the barcode.

I worked at the Rack for a year and they have exactly the same return policy as the main store does. If you have a legitimate reason and it sounds as though you do-take them in to exchange/return I do believe you can recieve your money back Let them know you loved the shoes but they kill your feet
