What do you think of these DC Boots?

I love shoes, but I'm not that into DC or really any skater style brands like it anymore, everybody at school is though. I saw DC Chalet Boots in it and thought they were kind of cute. Something to wear when it's snowy. Girls at my school wear uggs or some slipper style faux fur boot like shoe. What do you think of the DC Chalet Boots? Stylish or something you'd hate to see like Uggs? Good snow boots to juar wear casually in the fall/winter?
