I Have an Interview at Nine West?

I am 16 years old and this is my first job interview also I have no work experience and I'm scared that might be an issue. What should I bring? How should I dress? What kind of questions will they ask?

Dress professionally no matter what type of job you're applying for. Even if you're applying somewhere that wears jeans. Nice pants, a button down blouse (assuming you're female) nice shoes. NO JEANS! Don't wear too much makeup. Don't stress about the interview questions, just be yourself. They know you don't have experience and they're ok with that because they still called you in. It doesn't hurt to mention, "this will be my first job, but I'm excited to learn". DON'T play on your phone while you're waiting. Don't chew gum. If your hands are sweaty, wipe them on your side when you stand up before shaking the persons hand. I don't know why you would need 3 resumes, most employers don't even use them if they have an application. But better safe than sorry I guess. Good luck!
