What are some eye-catching, black, comfortable, durable no-heels shoes for my girlfriend to wait tables in?

Size 7, and if they are available in wide - bonus. If they cost less than $100 double bonus. (Why no heels? They have to wear pants as a uniform. :( There's no point so lets keep it comfortable).
