Is nine west a fancy brand?

I know its not designer. I have a nine west bag but dont know the price due the circumstances. Then I stumbled upon one that wasnt very nice worth over $100. Is that normal?

Yes nine west is designer.I would not call it fancy.Nine west make clothes,shoes,handbags. It is normal for there price range to be between $29.99 to over $100.Sometimes they have cute bags and sometime they do not. I know because i see them all the time. I hope this helps.
