Sandy asks…
Trying to buy size 10 women's shoes, flat footed, help!?
Hey guys, I'm trying to buy shoes for work, to go with khakis and I am a size 10 and flat-footed. That pretty much rules out heels (they send pains up my calves) but i can wear some platforms. They can be sandals, I really don't want flat, just a little heel, or they can be like loafers or something, but I don't want to look like an old lady! I am having a really hard time finding shoes in my size (a lot of stores don't even carry 10) and that are feminine looking. What to do!?
Our pick of the answers:
Wear lacoste shoes. They're cute and comfy http://www10.finishline.com/store/results/index.jsp?Ntt=lacoste&Ntk=all&isSearch=true&Ntx=mode%2Bmatchallpartial&y=9&N=10&Ns=P_SalePrice%7c0&x=21 or if you want more stylish shoes try gojane.com. Alot of their shoes come in a 10 http://www.gojane.com/shoes-casual.html http://www.gojane.com/shoes-wedges.html and heres another site with inexpensive shoes and they're all in a size 10 http://stores.channeladvisor.com/cutesyshoes/store/search.aspx?&Page=1&sort=2&key=%2010%20&tt=0 but you should just try target. They sell 10s and they're shoes are stylish and comfy
Betty asks…
what is the best running shoe for women with flat feet?
Our pick of the answers:
There is a store that is for people who like to run. It's a really awesome place because they take the time to look at your particular foot to study your type of foot (arch) and they also watch you walk to see if you walk with pronation or supination and they bring out some shoes that fit you based on those criteria and you pick the most comfortable for you. See if your city has a story like that - ours is called front runner. Also, here is an article that might help you out!
