Our pick of the answers:

I totally understand! Well, those sound like awesome boots! I would team them with something short, to show off the boots. Like a short dress or skirt. You can always play around with colours and lengths (like wear a thin long coat as well).

Your Questions About High Heels For Kids

Sandy asks…

High Heels in Kids Sizes?

im 13 and im really small for my age so i have been trying to see if i can find high heels ( like women heels) in my size. Im a size one in kids (dnt laugh :P). Is their a way to get custum made one or is it not possiable

Our pick of the answers:

Try stores like Nordstrom. The Heels Wont Be Super High But They Work. Also, Betsey Johnson Has A Few Things that might work. Www.betseyjohnson.com

Donna asks…

High heels for kids??

I have a 5 year daughter and she wears a size 10 in shoes. We are invited to go to a wedding next month and I bought her a beautiful dress and she wants high heels to wear with the dress. I have a problem though I can't find any. I still shop in the toddler section for her and the only shoes that i find are flat. She wants them to "make noise". lol. I live in San Antonio so if anyone out there knows somewhere where I can find some cute heels for little girls, can you please let me know.

Our pick of the answers:

Sorry, but I don't think it's a good idea; that's why they don't make them in that size. Girls grow up way too fast these days. Can you buy her "princess" shoes for around the house? You can get them at the dollar store and they're made to play dress-up. She'll at least have the thrill of making noise with them. Hope that helps!

Your Questions About Womens Pumps

Nancy asks…

Does anyone know which website has great riced cute heels or pumps, for larger sizes.ex.10 or 11 in womens?

I wear a size 10 or 11 in women's shoes. My only problem is, i can't ever find well priced pumps or heels in my size! That really frustrates me and i was wondering did anyone know a particular website online I can possibly order shoes my size, that are at a reasonable price? Let's say between the price range of 30- 80 dollars.

Our pick of the answers:

Zappos.com My boss is a size 11 and this is where she gets most of her shoes. They are a great company to deal with too. Free shipping and free returns. They also ship your order very quick.

Carol asks…

Ladies do you like Pointy Toe Pumps or Wide Pumps? What's your favorite heel height?

Pumps makes womens legs sexy, confidence and fully of beauty.Do you like to wear Pumps with Dresses or Skirt Suits or Pants? Do you like to wear Pantyhose or Stockings with Pumps sometimes? This question is for ladies only.

Our pick of the answers:

I like chunky 3.5 inch heels and if I wear a skirt it has to be floor length or a mini. No down to the knees mess. I like pant suits when I can't find a decent skirt and I wear panty hose if it's a closed toe shoe and no pantyhose if it's open toe.

Your Questions About High Heels High Hopes T Shirt

Sandra asks…

What would a formal dress code for a 21st mean?

I am going to a 21st this Saturday for a girl who used to be my best friend in primary school. It is at her house in the country (we're talking a massive property where her family breed cattle). She has listed the dress code on her invitations as "Formal" (and on the Facebook save the date where she asked for addresses she listed it as "Formal/Cocktail kind of thing"). I was going to wear a dress (that I've worn to a wedding, so I hope it's formal enough) and wedge heels, but my boyfriend isn't really sure what is expected of him clothes wise. Can he wear suit pants and a shirt? I said he should at least wear a tie (preferably a jacket) - is this what is considered formal? Also, it is supposed to rain this weekend and, as the party is on a property, it is likely to get quite muddy. If it is raining, would it be okay if I wore flat shoes that matched my dress instead of the wedges (I don't want to ruin them or any of my other high heels in the mud)?

Our pick of the answers:

I attached a link which might explain things better. The last thing you want to do is be underdressed or you're going to feel uncomfortable. You might want to confirm with your friend because Formal attire is different from attire you'd wear to a Cocktail party. Your friend should specify one or the other.

Jenny asks…

What can I do to enhance my story?

How can it be improved? Please give examples. I am starting AP english next year so I feel like I need to become a better writer. The couple had only ten minutes to scuttle across the lengthy terminal to reach the final flight of their journey. Hordes of people crowded the halls, hampering their ability to move swiftly through and slimming their chances of reaching the gate. The lady was dressed in fashionable business attire, yet not the most practical for dashing through a bustling airport. Her short, stylized, blonde hair wilted. The silky blue gray blouse she wore matched her luminous eyes. She struggled to keep up as her bulksome designer bag repeatedly slipped off her shoulder. The brunette haired man was dressed likewise, with sweat sullying his blue collared shirt. His features were stern and handsome. A red tie flailed about as he ran. He carried with him a sterling leather briefcase. One would say they were in their mid thirties. The woman lurched forward when unfortunately, her stiletto heel broke. "Oh no!" she groaned. "Mike, I broke my heel," stopping, she searched for her husband, awaiting a response but she already lost sight of him. Although her inadequate footwear slowed her down, she didn't stall in trying to catch up to him. "Our flight is delayed for a half hour," Mike panted when she finally reached the gate. "Oh great all that running and rushing and arguing was really necessary. Why didn't you wait for me?" she scolded him. "Well Sandra, I thought I could get in line and I knew you were coming." "Really? Well look at my brand new shoes!" she pointed to her feet reproachfully. "Oooh bummer…" he replied sarcastically. "That was not appreciated! But you know what would be? A drink." She surveyed the shops around them. No bar was in sight but she decided to stroll over to a convenience shop, which had by the looks of it, an array of snack foods and drinks. All the typical items appeared so she settled for a bottle of water and a pack of mint gum. She hadn't had high hopes of obtaining a decent martini on her five-hour flight from New York to San Diego. Only being able to enjoy the standard bloody Mary or vodka martini left her jaded of the lacking beverage selection in the air. In her spare time after work, she liked to take her girlfriends out for cocktails. Lemondrops were her favorite. One of those always mollified her stress after a long day of completing her tasks as CEO of a large corporation. They were sour, sweet, and refreshing. She thought of herself as a connoisseur.

Our pick of the answers:

Pretty good material. The punctuation is fair, only missing a few commas, here and there. Extensive vocabulary. The opening is okay, some tension, a bit of a reader hook--will they catch the flight? Pulls the reader into...the story? But it's not a story. Nothing happens. At best, this is a prologue, where characters are introduced and the protagonist's alcoholism mentioned elliptically. Some other problems: "jaded of the lacking beverage," for example. What does that mean? "All that running...was necessary." Is that sarcasm? "Mollified her stress." Another off word usage. Also, you might name the characters earlier, and work in their descriptions more subtly--more sumi-e than pointillism, if that makes sense to you. Their minds should be more interesting to the reader than their garb. Style and POV are personal tastes, but you should consider third person point of view, rather than omniscient. Get into the head of one of the characters and stay there. Involve the readers by letting them live the incident via the POV character, moment by moment. There are a lot of good books on creative writing. I suggest you get one or two or ten of them and read them thoroughly. Keep writing! Write every day!

Your Questions About Steve Madden Shoes For Men

Lisa asks…

From a professional womans perspective???

I am a guy who just moved to Des Moines, IA. In the past I have been around college girls. Now it seems that most girls I run into or meet are young professionals. I am pretty good about keeping my clothing and shoes up to date and in style. What are good casual clothes that professional women like to see men in? Button up dress shirts with jeans and nice shoes? If button up, what kind? Buckle style with embroydery, striped, solid? Unique and interesting tee shirts? What kind of shoes? Square toed black dress shoes with jeans? brown steve madden shoes? shiny or the tennis shoe kind? What kind a jeans? Dark with nice dye in them (stonewash)? What about watches? Silver watch or leather band (fossil style)? Just lookin for some pointers. I would appreciate anyones help. I am not under the impression that fassion only gets girls...personality is much more important, but I do know that if you have style it doesn't hurt.

Our pick of the answers:

Depends on the situation. Scenario 1: Walking around in a Mall - You may want to wear jeans (dark or cool [new] stonewash)and a cool t-shirt and some sneakers. Just as long as the t-shirt is clean. Scenario 2: Going out for drinks at a nice place - You can still do jeans but you have to wear a nice button down. Vertical stripes look nice and in the winter a button down under a soft sweater looks nice also. - You would probably wear some kind of non-sneaker or non-flipflop type of shoe. Nice square toe black dress shoes can go with this or the brown steve maddens. - You may also want to wear a pair of khakis. - A blazer with the jeans style is kinda funky. Those stretchy Polo looking shirts are always nice with jeans and khakis. I like the way watches look big on a guy. I personally like a silver watch. Doesn't matter what style. Leather bands seem to get cracked and break so they don't seem as practical to me. Just think what the situation calls for. Walking around running errands may be a more casual t-shirt and jeans type of day. Going to a football game once again t-shirt and jeans. Going to a movie button down and jeans if it's at night. Going to a movie during the day cool t-shirt and jeans and sneakers. Personality is a big thing though. The most physically attractive guy in the room isn't as appealing if he has no personality to back himself up. Confidence is key. If you are comfortable and confident then women like this. But don't get too cocky. Women don't like a guy who's self-absorbed. If you see that woman heading towards the door, go open it for her. If you see a woman, drop something on the floor, help her pick it up. It's nice for a man to be a gentleman sometimes. Just because we may be a feminist doesn't mean we don't like a man to do stuff for us sometimes. Good luck out there!

Our pick of the answers:

A nice button down shirt layered over a T-shirt (clean, non wrinkled, somewhat fitted) with jeans is always a nice look. If you aren't really good with color, stick to T's and button downs that are blue or white background, then you can pair them with any shade of jeans. With the jeans, the shade doesn't really matter, but if you're a bigger guy, if you will want to go darker because it will make you look slimmer. DON'T do black jeans, they always fade out wierd. Also, carpenter jeans and anything pleated is bbbbbbbbaaaaaaaaaaaddddddd! With T's just don't do anything that has a smartass phrase, because some people don't have much of a sense of humor.....
