Helen asks…
How to repair black shoe heels for women's shoes?
I have cute black pairs of high heels that I wear to work; unfortunately, I have knicks at the back heel portion of the heels - are there any cheap, do it yourself at home remedies?
Our pick of the answers:
You need to take the to a shoe repair. They're Cheap!! $6-$8 for pair, depending on the shop. Not only that the repair the leather or the sole (Like when the sole or heel gets lop-sided) It a great investment!!
Sandra asks…
Is it true the way they design women's shoes prevent odors?
I over heard these women on the train talking and they were saying how when it comes to certain types of shoes like the ballet flats and high heels pumps, since they are open around the top of the foot cause them not to retain an odor or smell. Is that true?
Our pick of the answers:
I would think that would not be true since the sweat glands are on the bottom of the foot. If that was their intent for the design I think there are different more effective solutions.
