Why do straight men wear heels?
My bf has a shoe fetish. He wears womens heels in the privacy of his home. I'm thinking he has insecurity issues of his height. I am taller than him and I do not wear the heels around him.

I dont think it has anything to do with his height... Your boyfriend has a high heel fetish or semi-fetish. Basically high heeled womens shoes are a symbol of feminine beauty that has been linked to the sexual atraction center of his brain. This is INCREDBLY common and nearly all men have experienced this at some level... For some men its large breasts, or stockings/pantyhose but its always the same principle. As long as it doesnt effect you love making or do any other damage its completely harmless.
