Our pick of the answers:
I did an advanced search on gunbroker.com and didn't find one exactly like it. Though most knives in this time period seem to go for $25.00-$150 is or so. Can't check ebay, since you cannot sell that type of knife there. Anyway, there are a lot of good knife forums out there..even on gunbroker. You could always check there and post your pics too. You could also repost this in the hunting section..that's where the knife/gun guys hang out. Nice Furby..lol
Sandy asks…
Is it legal to own a Stiletto knife in California?
I want a Stiletto pocket knife and I live in California. Is it legal to own? I want to know so I don't go buy something illegal. Lol. I also would like to know if it legal to carry it around in my pocket, backpack, etc. If someone can clear this up for me that would be great.
Our pick of the answers:
So long as it is not a switchblade, there is no state law prohibiting ownership or possession. If it is a fixed blade knife, it cannot be carried concealed on your person (and a folding knife cannot be carried concealed in a fixed open position). Whether a backpack counts as "on your person" is open to question, but the case law is not favorable. There are restrictions on knife possession in some specific areas, such as school grounds and government buildings. There may also be applicable local (city/county) laws, which may or may not be enforceable.
