how can i make wearing high heels less painful because it hurt my feet and i can walk in them for long.

Oddly enough I can answer this question. I took this class on Alexander technique and its all about aligning your spine and being balance with yourself. SO this relates to you because we learned about walking in shoes that are uncomfortable, and all the girls wore heels. Your foot is basically a triangle. One point being at your heel, and two in the front, near big toe and pinky. Think about balancing on those 3 points only, and letting your foot melt all around the points and into the ground past the shoes. Then make sure your standing up straight (Not 'straight' but have your spine aligned and comfortable) If this fails, then just put padding in or some tissues somewhere. Hahaha try the technique though!!
