balls to work out your feet to wear heels?
a few years ago i'd found some small plastic balls online that are supposed to work out the arches of your feet, as well as your calves and shins to make wearing heels less painful. for the life of me i can't remember the brand name or name of the website. i need to find out ASAP, as i wear heels everyday and it is becoming painful. help! yaramyariel: i actually use those dr. scholls thingies and they work, but supposedly these balls make your muscles strong to the point where you don't have to use those! thanks though =]
