Where can I find some pumps like these with a lower heel?
I have a very preppy school uniform, plaid skirts, blazers, oxford shirt etc. I want some shoes like these http://www.kohls.com/kohlsStore/juniors/shoes/heels/dress/PRD~482775/Mudd+Slick+Heels.jsp But the heel is to high. I was hoping someone would know where to get a shoe similar to this one but with a lower heel? Thanks!

what color eye shadow should I wear??
Tonight I'm wearing a blue jean mini skirt, a black and gray striped shirt and black high heels. I have reddish brown hair and green eyes with a bit of dark yellow near the pupil. I"m also fair skinned. Hope this helps!
