Would a navy blue jumper look okay tucked into brown HW shorts?

What is it with teen girls today.... fashion.?
There's this new trend that's going around about making your eyebrows as thick as possible! It's disgusting... ALSO, what's in fashion at the moment and where can I buy them cheaply online? I don't like shopping at primark because it's always to crowded.

Here are all the key fashion trends for summer 2010: -Nautical/Sailor (Most teens like the Nautical look) -Floral (Almost all teens like this trend) -Pastel colours/Nude (a good summery colour) -Ethnic/Global traveller -Tribal -Boho -Ditsy (a bit like floral, so another teen trend) -Prints/Festival (teens like these trends if they're going to a music festival in the summer.
