Can I wear these boots without looking weird?

I like clunky walking boots like Timberlands and karrimor. I know, I know very hipster haha ;) Luckily Timberlands are a bit more fashionable now so they aren't the problem. Anyway, I just bought some new walking boots. I'll link the pair I'm talking about below. I want to wear them to school but they are considered quite unfashionable. I was thinking of wearing them with jeans and a vest top maybe a cardigan. I also want to know what you think about them, would you find it weird if you saw a teenage girl wearing these to school? You can be honest I don't mind :) And would it look okay with what I said, or would it be better with something else? All suggestions welcome.
