halloween black high heels EMERGENCY!?

Hey I'm 11 and I want an outfit that isn't really stupid looking like most 11 year olds wear. I don't really have a reason. Here's what I'm like: -Blonde hair a bit below my shoulder with side-swept bangs... picture that girl from Paramore only blonde. - I like bright colors and I'm really into the 80's... I always have a little armwarmer with a whole for my thumb on my left hand at all times. -I live in FL but there's a cold front coming in. - I like scarves. -I have a real colorful personality :) but I'm able to tone it down with browns and still look cute. -I'm fine with heels, though I'm a size 5/6 in womens. -I go to a private school- but they don't bust me for makeup or my little armwarmer... or untucking my shirt? lol... maybe some accessories for a uniform? Plz n thx... I understand if you don't want help from someone who's eleven for an outfit but I'm actually really good... and I seriously don't just say that like all the other stupid Disney-obsessed eleven yr. olds do. o wait that sounded like i was disney obsessed... I'm not. Jonas Brothers + Miley Cyrus= Match made in Hollywood... I hop they're happy when their E! True Hollywood story comes out... IN 5 YEARS. No seriously... they suck.
