What would be a cute outfit for a teen girl to wear on a date?

Going on a date w/ the guy i like next week its usually windy but a lil bit sunny out, its not warm enugh for short shorts its chicago haha so what should i wear any ideas? im 5'1 slim figure long brown hair light tan skin give me links! and stores! k thanks loves:]

Can any ladies please give me some help with boots?

I have horrible fashion sense, so I need help! I was just trying to find a casual pair of boots for the cold months (basically not tennis shoes like I usually wear in the winter.) Just to go under a pair of jeans and with a sweater. I have a small child, so I was trying to go without a heel for our regular daily errands/activities.
