yeah i'm having A LOT of trouble trying to find shoe shops that do size 9 shoes ( oh and can you keep in mind that i'm a 13 year old girl looking for school shoes) in the uk in the uk

Umm... Tk maxx do size 9, new look do a size 9 i tried on a pair of brougues which i thought were a size 8, bit were a nine, i have size 8 feet and find it difficult finding nice school shoes and im only 13 too, anyway good luck hun :)
