What size is equivallent to a men/boys shoe size if it is a 5 in women/girls?

I really want some new kicks for school. No more walking around campus in heels! =)

I don't know how womens shoes are, but mens sizes vary depending on the brand, usually just within a size though, like I'm a 10-11 depending on the brand. But my GF usually goes 2 sizes down, so in mens you would wear a 3 in most brands.

What size high heels should a guy wear if he is size 13 men's?

OK I am size 13 in men's shoes. I am trying to buy some high heels that would fit me. Before I was able to squeeze into a women's size 10 but it was tough. My guess is that I could fit 11 or 12? Is there any online sizing chart? I need to buy online so I can't try them on.

You have it backwards. You'd need a 14.5 or 15 in womens, and believe it or not such sizes do exist, mainly for the crossdresser crowd.
