Miley's new song Party in the USA sounds like?

So my daughter loves Miley and we were listening to her new song Party in the USA. The lyrics, "Cause' all I see are stilettos, I guess I never got the memo" and the music for that lyric sounds so much like another song I have heard. The problem is I can't quite figure out what other song it is. Anyone else have any idea? Its driving me crazy. If anyone could listen to it and tell me if they recognize it too please please tell me. Thanks. I think its a male singer... maybe a hip hop or R&B song?
