How high is too high for a work heel?

I will be working in a life insurance environment (not sales, in the underwriting department) for a very large company in a metropolitan area. How high is too high for heels? I have a black T-strap pair I love, are they too high? 4.75 inch heel with a 1.25 inch platform.
