What colour dress to wear with these shoes?

Where stock the best nude shoe for Summer 2008?
I am looking for a court style shoe with no platform and a nice heel height that is about 3-4 inches. Has anyone seen any on the high street. Looking to wear them for work with a pencil skirt and with summer dresses in the evening. I hope someone out there can help me. Thanks. I am in the UK. Have not tried Topshop yet, I will go tomorrow.
