Your Questions About Ladies Shoes Online

Jenny asks…

Is it legal to sell an item that will be purchased online and sent and signed to the customer?

Is it legal to sell and operate a website that sells items that will be purchased online from another website but sold for a little bit extra price and use the information given from the customer such as where to ship but use the money given from the costumer to the operator ? If so how can it be?

Our pick of the answers:

Yes, lots of sights do that and in the dot com bust erra it was a popular get rich scheme. They order off your sight at a certain price and buy from a supplier at a lower price (that's pretty much sales in general.) What got tricky was when you bought shoes from them they just bought shoes from someone else and gave them your address for shipping and sometimes even billing so all they were was a middle man. It's legal, it's pretty much ethical in the sense that most people in sales aren't the ones producing the products so they're buying from someone else either in bulk or at a slightly cheaper price and then reselling. It's not usually that successful because the customer realizes they can cut out the middle man and go directly to the producer and make sales. But not all producers will sell to walk in customers, they want larger bulk sales. Kraft and Barilla both buy most of their pasta from a manufacturer based in New Jersey and Kansas City, the manufacturer there even packages it with their name on it. But the manufacturer doesn't want to sell to little old ladies buying a half pound box every two weeks. They want to sell truckloads to Barilla and let them deal with distribution and sales.

Betty asks…

What are the best shoes for playing tennis?

I need the best shoes that would give me great stablity. I am a female and have pronated feet. I'm also kind of short (5'2") and am 15 years old. I have a small frame but not THAT small. I would also like something that makes it easier for me to shuffle step. I also have a tendancy to come too late to the ball and move too slow with my feet. I would really like something that would help me with that and give me more support. Mabye not something too expensive though. Where can I go buy it? (Mabye Lady Foot Locker? More prefferably a store and not online because I want to actually try them on first.) How do I know it fits me well? I meant like brands or types of tennis shoes. DUH. I know tennis shoes would be best for playing tennis.

Our pick of the answers:

Nike is the best brand, followed by the ones that don't matter nearly as much (Adidas, Puma, whatever else there is). Look at the top 10 rankings for the WTA and ATP rankings. I am quite sure there are some French women that are sponsored by Nike, as are Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal.
