what are some inexpensive but good quality running shoes for women?
I have a pair of new balance running shoes, but my arches hurt for some reason, but sister says because they're cheap, which is probably true. so my question is, could some one give me some links or names for inexpensive but good running shoes. thanks a ton!

Most of the shops are staffed by runners, so they know what they are talking about. Before parting with any money ask the staff if you can try the shoes on and run up and down the street outside, making sure they fit properly and don't chafe. Leave your purse and car keys with the shop assistant for collateral. If you are not entirely happy with the shoes you can always say Thank you and go somewhere else. NEVER EVER buy shoes on the internet the cost of sending shoes back if they are not right for you, will out weigh any saving.
