I need some white high heels(4 inches) and it can have touches of a bright green. I want the toes to be open but not to expose all my toes. If anyone knows any good websites for affordable heels or can even direct me to a pair that fits my description please reply.

What shoes should I wear with my prom dress?

I have a dress that exactly touches the bottom of the floor. If I were to wear high heels, they would see my feet (which I really don't want it to show). I thought about wearing flats so that my feet won't show...But I think everyone is going to wear high heels to prom so I feel I would look short...So I'm debating whether I should wear high heels with it or flats (or any other suggestions)? I'm 5'4.5 btw. Pictures appreciated:)
