Your Questions About Shoes For Women With Wide Feet

Carol asks…

Interview attire for women...shoes!?

I have a job...a boring one but b/c of education budget cutbacks the company I'm working for might go out of business by the end of this year. I'm asking so I will be prepared ahead of time. I have a nice looking outfit (tailored & professional looking but in light pastel spring colors) BUT my problem is footwear. I have very wide problem feet so I can't wear any type of heel. As for flats...most are too narrow even in wide width. ...so all I'm left with is crocs (the unisex ones...all women's styles are too narrow) and doc martens, both of which are very casual shoes. I have very limited income and lots of bills so my budget for "dressy" shoes is extremely tight....like less than $100. Ok...any ideas? I know crocs and doc martens would look hideous for an interview but would these be acceptable for someone like me?

Our pick of the answers:

NO!! No crocs or doc martens lol ill find u a good pair. Http://www.designershoes.com/bella-vita-wren-tribal-prnt-suede-80 go to this website.... Idk what exactly your outfit looks like, but this site has lots of wide, extra wide shoes/heels etc.

Helen asks…

i have wide feet, please read?? thanks?

ok, so i'm a woman and I am cursed with wide feet. I get so embarassed when i have to go to the mens section of the shoe department to buy shoes. I want to know if anyone has some websites or ideas for me so i can buy WOMENS shoes at reasonable prices. I really wanna buy some sexy heels so i no longer have to be seen everyday in guys tennis shoes...how boring and embarassing! My feet are WW. Thanks in advance for the help! I don't want dr scholls shoes either, i want some high heels and sexy women shoes

Our pick of the answers:

Try http://www.daveswideshoes.com - it's where I buy my pretty shoes. They have prices all over the range, from reasonable to pretty extreme. Other sites: http://www.zappos.com and http://www.shoebuy.com Also, PayLess shoes carry a fair amount of WW widths, but not always the prettiest shoes. Same with Walmart.
