Best place for shoes?

Where is the best place to go for reasonably priced (under 40) tennis shoes for daughter (size 8 women) with wide feet? She probably needs special measurement (can't rely on WalMart) etc. Is Payless alright for those? Thanks.

Where can I find extra wide width size 11 or 12 slide on shoes for women?

My sister shattered her ankle two years ago and her ankle and foot still hurt and swell. She already has large feet but with the swelling it makes it nearly impossible for her to find comfortable socks and shoes. She can not seem to wear anything but flip flop and mules/clogs because of the ankle. She has taken a new job and needs to wear nice shoes can anyone recommend where she can find a nice pair of large mules/clogs/flats that would also be comfortable and supportive? We have ordered her shoes online before in a size 11 WW and they arrived and fit more like a size 9! Please help!
