Your Questions About Heels With Spikes

Lizzie asks…

Will my christian louboutins pigaela ever get comfotable?

I bought a pair of Christian louboutins pigaela spike heels. They are pointed and I got a half size bigger than I normally wear. I can early walk in then because my toes hurt. I really like them. I am not use to wearing skinny pointed toe heels. That could be it. Will they ever break in? They are blue jean with spikes. But of course they are leather in the inside. Any advice?

Our pick of the answers:

Yes, you just have to break them in if you havent had them for a while

Donna asks…

What do you think of these heels?

http://howcool.com/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=51630 I really like these shoes, although they may not be up with current style, I will always prefer a stiletto or spike heel over those newer "clunky""chunky" heels. Pleaser makes some of my favorite heels.

Our pick of the answers:

Pfft, stilettos will always be in style. And always be more fashionable than wedges (not saying I don't like those). These shoes are ok, but they remind me of stage shoes (which are basically shoes that actresses in musicals wear which are more comfortable to dance in but not as attractive). I like the idea of those shoes with the laces, but they'd be cuter if the laces meshed well. Perhaps, instead of that awkward ribbon-through-a--hole like shoelaces on sneakers thing they just had the ribbon actually attached to the shoe, and a bit thicker, and then you could tie that up your calve.
