How can I get my feet used to wearing heels again?

I used to be so comfortable in 2" heels, but for the past several years I've worn flat shoes. Now that my job requires a professional dress code, I can't wear my heels anymore! I have inserts but all it does is take up space so now the shoe fits tighter. How can I get my feet comfy in heels again?

What age is it appropriate to wear heels on special occasions?

I would really like to wear 3 - inch heels with a beautiful dress for my Bat Mitzvah party. Do you think that black heels would be appropriate for this occasion? I look pretty grown up and I feel comfortable in them. What do you think? No rude comments please. :)

For a bat mitzvah, that'd be fine you're what 13?
