what are some NIKE or ADIDAS basketball shoes with very good grip and very lightweight?
i used to dunk before but ever since my pair of shoes was gone, i cant reach the ring anymore. They were nike but i dont know the model. so now im looking for a new pair of shoes. my shoes before doesnt look good but it sure do have good grip on the court and very lightweight. price doesnt matter and design doesnt matter. i just want the performance.

From NIKE you can use the airforce or airmax i use the airforce and they are perfect but they cost about $165 but are very good quality and the armax are short cut and are probly more lighter. I recommend the NIKE airforce high cut.

Is Nike Air Court Del Mar III a good tennis shoe?
We purchased this show for my daughter who is joining her high school tennis team. I don't know much about tennis shoes so I would like another opinion as to whether or not this is a suitable shoe for this sport. Thank you!
