What do you think of this outfit i have chosen?

I am going to a semi formal event and i wanted an opinion on this outfit i picked out. I actually think that the dress and the cami are adorable. I think it is very semi-formal-ish. Lol. I would maybe rethink the shoes, make sure it connects well with the rest of your outfit. Shoes are usually the thing that binds the outfit together, so you want to make sure they are right. But I think it is a good choice to stay with flats or sandals with that dress, steer away from heels. =)

Help! What jewelry should I wear with my prom dress?

The only difference is that I am 5'1" and it is hemmed so that it is tiered in the front to show my shoes (which are 6 inch silver shoes made by Guess that I got from DSW), and almost hits the ground a little in the back. I'm not sure what jewelry I should wear with it, but I know I need earrings and would like to match them with the rest of the jewelry. I also need a clutch purse to go with it. Please help me! Also, I am wearing my hair down, crimped, and with a single braid on one side. :3
